Within the Autumn Term, pupils learn about the Great Fire of London, including how the fire started and what impact it had, before moving on to learning about the Gunpowder Plot. Within the Spring Term, Year 2 will learn about significant individuals within medical history such as Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole. Finally, within the Summer Term, pupils will compare the features of their local area (Aylesbury) to Nairobi in Kenya.
