Remote Education
Over the academic years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 through the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and national and local lockdowns, the academy has refined its approach to remote education. Although the risk of having to move to remote education is lower, we now have arrangements in place so that we can move to high-quality remote education quickly and easily, should the need arise in the future. There still remains a risk of localised outbreaks of coronavirus (COVID-19) or of small numbers of individual pupils being unable to attend school. The Department for Education has asked us to plan for any disruption to schooling moving forwards with our contingency plans and associated COVID risk assessment, as found below:
COVID Contingency Plan (September 2021) (196MB)
